After the death of her mother, Yue Huiying (played by Sylvia Chang) becomes determined to move her father's grave from the countryside to reunite him with her mother in the city. This wish sparks deep conflict with her grandmother (played by Wu Yanshu), her father's first wife. As tensions rise, Huiying's marriage to Xiaoping (played by Tian Zhuangzhuang) also begins to crack.
